Associate Veterinarian Milwaukie OR
A well-established small animal practice in the Portland metro area is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative multi-doctor team. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical care for companion animal patients
Perform routine and elective surgical procedures
Develop diagnostic and treatment plans based on clinical findings
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding treatment recommendations
Collaborate with veterinary and support staff to ensure continuity of care
Contribute to a respectful team-oriented environment
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain licensure)
Strong clinical and surgical skills
Effective communication and client education abilities
Commitment to medical excellence and continuous learning
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
