What Youll Do as an HVAC Service Technician
- Run residential service calls (diagnose repair and maintain systems)
- Present good better best options to homeowners
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time
- Work on heat pumps gas furnaces air handlers and condensers
- Stay efficient organized and customer-focused
What Were Looking For in an HVAC Service Technician
- 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable presenting options and selling solutions
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Someone who wants to stay busy and make money
- Positive attitude and takes pride in their work
