Job Summary
Goldfish Swim School is a family-focused swim school dedicated to teaching children life-saving water safety skills while building confidence and having fun. We are looking for an outgoing and motivated Street Team & Community Outreach Representative to help grow our presence in the community build local partnerships and generate leads and enrollments
The Street Team & Community Outreach Representative is responsible for building relationships with local businesses schools daycares and community organizations to help promote swim lessons and generate new family leads. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking sales marketing and working independently in the community.
Responsibilities:
Represent Goldfish Swim School - Ahwatukeel at community events pop-ups and outreach opportunities
Distribute promotional materials and provide information about swim lesson programs
Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and community leaders
Generate and track leads through outreach efforts
Communicate regularly with leadership regarding outreach progress and opportunities
Qualifications:
Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Reliable transportation required
Sales marketing event or community outreach experience is required
