Key Responsibilities - Performance Optimization: Analyzing optimizing and troubleshooting applications to ensure efficiency and high performance. - Database Management: Creating data storage solutions using SQL/RDBMS (e.g. Oracle PostgreSQL MySQL). - Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams stakeholders and frontend developers to integrate applications with external systems. - Documentation: Producing technical documentation and user manuals.  - Application Development: Designing coding testing and debugging Java-based applications. - Backend Services: Building maintaining and scaling secure backend systems and APIs. Required Skills and Qualifications - Core Java: Strong proficiency in Java 8 and related frameworks (Spring Spring Boot Hibernate). - Development Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) CI/CD pipelines and build tools. - Database Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL and database design. - Web Services: Experience with RESTful APIs SOAP and microservices architecture. - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. - Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.  Senior/Lead Java Developer Responsibilities - Leading software design and architecture initiatives. - Mentoring junior developers and reviewing code. - Coordinating with departments to meet project goals and deadlines.
