The Lead Identity Access Engineer is responsible for the design implementation and management of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems. This role requires a deep understanding of PAM solutions strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization to protect sensitive data and critical systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity particularly in PAM technologies (CyberArk) and a proactive approach to solving complex security challenges.
This role requires three days on-site (Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday) at Temple Health Womens and Families Hospital.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Healthcare IT Computer Science Business or a related field Required
Experience
5 years experience in cybersecurity with a focus on Privileged Access Management Required
General Experience Proven experience in designing implementing and managing PAM solutions in complex enterprise environments Required
General Experience Strong knowledge of PAM technologies; specifically CyberArk Required
General Experience and demonstrated proficiency in authentication and authorization protocols including LDAP SAML OAuth and OpenID Connect Required
General Experience Previous hands-on experience with automation and scripting languages like PowerShell Python or Bash Required
