This is a full-time site-based role at Hinkley Point C in Bridgwater supporting HVAC engineering delivery across installation and site governance activities.
The role connects E2E HVAC engineering construction teams and the site technical office.
It ensures site requests and technical issues are assessed accurately and efficiently.
You provide technical oversight to support safe compliant installation and progression to commissioning.
Act as HVAC interface between design and site installation
Review FCR and NCR submissions for clarity and completeness
Assess remediation proposals and confirm preferred technical options
Monitor FCR and NCR trends and propose mitigation measures
Perform surveillance on designer documentation supporting site
Identify installation non-conformances through quality processes
Propose KPIs to track issue throughput and resolution
Coordinate communication between site teams and technical office
Analyse project documentation including specifications and CCOM requirements
Provide proactive technical support to remove construction blockers
Your future team operates within the wider MEH engineering function working closely with construction management and discipline counterparts to maintain alignment between design intent and site delivery.
Qualifications :
Nuclear experience is not essential but is of course welcome. If you have worked within a highly regulated environment your skills and approach are highly transferable and of strong interest to us.

Degree in an engineering discipline
Minimum five years HVAC experience in regulated industry
Experience delivering HVAC systems on multidisciplinary projects
Knowledge of NCR FCR or change control processes
Understanding of CDM Regulations and site compliance
Ability to assess technical documentation rigorously
Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups
Awareness of contractual and commercial mechanisms
Site based engineering experience in construction environment
