Job Summary
- Bid management/ project management for new customer acquisition.
- Support the presales and delivery units as part of the acquisition processes.
- Supporting the design of services in terms of the creation maintenance and further development of offer and service templates.
- Supporting the strategic development of the Managed Services area.
- Partial/ project management of customer or internal projects.
Qualifications :
- Completed university degree in business administration/ business informatics or comparable qualifications and/ or several years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in bid management/ presales of IT/ SAP managed services/ outsourcing services is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.
- High degree of independence and flexibility with regard to the detailed design and further development of ones own role.
- Confident use of PowerPoint Excel and Word.
- Business fluent German and English.
