Job Summary
- Definition and review of the Application Management strategy for SAP and other business applications.
- Design of new services/ service components/ tools in the application management area.
- Innovation lead for the application management area.
- Maintenance and further development of templates for service certificates and presentations.
- Support with pre-sales activities for new customers in the Application Management area.
- Partial/project management of customer or internal projects.
- Support of the strategic development of the Managed Services area
Qualifications :
- Completed university degree in business administration / business informatics or comparable qualifications and/or relevant professional experience.
- Several years of experience in SAP application management and experience in presales of application management.
- Experience in managed IT/SAP Managed Services outsourcing and certifications in ITIL and Project Management are considered an advantage.
- Strong solution orientation and leadership skills as well as very strong communication skills.
- High degree of independence and flexibility as well as strong customer orientation and persuasiveness.
- You are business fluent in both German and English.
- Confident with PowerPoint Excel and Word.
