Job Summary

Role summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead analysis work for FX initiatives at FX IT Tribe drive requirements and ensure high-quality deliveries together with Product and Dev teams.

Key responsibilities

Lead business and data analysis for FX processes; produce functional specs and process maps.

Translate business needs into user stories acceptance criteria and requirements.

Collaborate with Product Owner and Dev team to prioritise backlog and manage dependencies.

Support or perform Scrum Master-related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery.

Coordinate testing releases and measure impact through KPIs.

Qualifications :

Requirements

3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT environments.

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

Proactive attitude with strong ownership and effective stakeholder communication skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams; exposure to Scrum Master responsibilities is a plus.

Professional English required.

Valuable experience (nice to have)

Experience in FX payments cash management or other transactional financial solutions.

Hands-on experience working with APIs (REST JSON Swagger/OpenAPI API consumers).

Experience defining contracts error handling and non-functional requirements for APIs.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira Confluence Postman.

Fluent Spanish.
