Were looking for a detail-oriented and efficient General Cashier to join our team in AlUla Saudi this role youll be the financial backbone of our operations managing cash transactions with precision integrity and professionalism. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills strong analytical abilities and a commitment to maintaining transparent financial records while delivering outstanding support to our team and customers.
- Balance and reconcile cash funds daily ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions
- Conduct and document daily cash counts maintaining detailed records of cash flow and discrepancies
- Manage cashier floats for all departments including front office and support teams ensuring sufficient change availability at all times
- Prepare and submit the General Cashier Daily Report with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Process bank deposits and foreign exchange transactions as required maintaining up-to-date exchange rate information
- Reimburse front office cashiers and other departments for authorized disbursements made on behalf of the organization
- Administer petty cash payments on designated days maintaining organized and transparent records
- Monitor and track casual labor payments valet dockets and official receipt books with precision
- Conduct surprise float counts and audits to ensure compliance and identify any discrepancies
- Maintain comprehensive over and short records for each cashier reporting findings to management
- Collaborate with team members to resolve financial discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Attend all briefings meetings and training sessions as assigned by management
- Maintain the highest standards of personal appearance hygiene and professional conduct
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support organizational goals
Qualifications :
- Saudi national (required)
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in cash handling cashier operations or financial management
- Proven expertise in cash reconciliation float management and financial record-keeping
- Strong proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and financial software
- Advanced mathematical and numerical aptitude with exceptional accuracy
- Demonstrated integrity trustworthiness and ethical conduct in handling financial transactions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy
- Resilience and flexibility in adapting to changing operational needs
- Knowledge of cash management best practices and financial procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members
