Key Accountabilities:

• Respond to internal and external questions and complaints regarding material non-conformance discrepancies (NCD) including Customer/participant issued disputes (non-material disputes).
• Develop in-depth knowledge of companys AS9100 quality system and serve as a resource for internal and external questions.
• Investigate NCD reports and TK Aerospace internal processes based on the quality system and guide it through the resolution process.
• Interface with internal department leaders and external customer for proper issue resolution. Provide timely communication and follow up.
• Maintain accurate records of issue and resolution within the tkA non-conformance systems including Customer-Controlled Systems.
• Analyze trends and make recommendations to prevent future non-conformance issues.
• Provide training to internal users of the NCD system as needed.
• Timely prepare and disseminate reports for monthly management review weekly open/closed reports issuance of corrective actions and other reports as requested by management group.
• Any assigned special projects

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least six months of work experience in a Quality Assurance role within an ISO9000 or AS9100 environment or equivalent experience; Associate degree in related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Experience and demonstrated ability in a problem-solving/analytical role.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills including but not limited to MS Word Excel PowerPoint
• Safety Mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a related field; formal quality training experience.
• SAP Software knowledge and experience

Job Compensation

Salary Range: $53495.26 - $80242.89 per year
