Job Summary
Hiring a Production Technician in North Austin
$20-22 hour DOE
Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm
Position Summary
The Production Associate supports daily production operations by performing manufacturing inspection packaging and equipment maintenance tasks. This role helps ensure products are produced safely accurately and on time while maintaining quality standards and a clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manufacturing tasks such as liner production wool packing kitting and other production-related duties.
Work toward meeting daily production targets.
Perform quality inspections using measuring tools (calipers micrometers and go/no-go gauges).
Count components and record quantities weights and production data.
Complete documentation such as work orders and production records.
Maintain and perform basic maintenance on production equipment including screen printers.
Clean products using a sonicator.
Package and label finished products.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work collaboratively and contribute to a team environment.
Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Experience using production or precision measuring equipment (calipers micrometers go/no-go gauges).
Skills & Abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Reliable work ethic and flexibility.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Good attention to detail and quality focus.
Performance Measures
Producing quality products accurately and on time.
Meeting production goals and department performance standards.
