Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and business-savvy Solutions Analyst with strong experience in the financial services sector and exposure to Salesforce to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather analyse and document functional and technical requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear solution designs and specifications
- Work closely with developers architects and Salesforce teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Conduct impact assessments and gap analysis across systems and processes
- Support testing cycles (UAT SIT) and ensure solution quality
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations
- Ensure compliance with financial services regulatory requirements
Required Education Experience & Skills
Nice to Have
- Matric
- IT Degree/Diploma
- 5 years experience as a Solutions Analyst / Business Analyst
- Experience within financial services (banking insurance investments fintech etc.)
- Strong understanding of financial products processes and regulatory environments
- Exposure to or working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud advantageous)
- Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator Business Analyst etc.)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Understanding of integrations APIs and data flows
- Experience working with cross-functional technology teams
