Job Overview:
Ingersoll Rands Power Tools Business Area in India is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategic and tactical product management for the Precision Fastening Assembly Tool Category driving double-digit growth and market share expansion across India. This role combines visionary strategy development with data-driven execution ensuring the portfolio meets evolving customer needs while delivering measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Own the category P&L accountable for achieving 100 Million INR over our annual revenue 20% margin improvement and 30% market share growth YOY.
- Support the execution of a 3-year product roadmap and technology pipeline targeting 3 new products launched and mixed with localized innovation adoption with ETO contributing up to 20%.
- Support end-to-end product lifecycle management driven by global from ideation to commercialization ensuring on-time delivery of projects with 100% adherence to launch timelines.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify 50 Million growth opportunities and 30% cost optimization potential through localization initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales marketing engineering and operations to align global priorities and deliver 100% improvement in customer satisfaction scores will be measured with NPS Win rate CRR.
- Implement pricing strategies by region and channel to maximize profitability targeting 5% price realization improvement.
- Drive strategic acceleration programs to penetrate key verticals and geographies aiming for 10% CAGR over 3 years for NPDs.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering; MBA Preferred
- Knowledge of AI and ML is good to have
- 5 Years Product management experience in precision power tools or assembly tools.
- Proven track record of delivering 100 Million INR over revenue growth at 30% margin improvement.
- Strong analytical skills P&L management and cross-functional leadership.
- Willingness to travel acroos India 60% of the month.
