Purpose of the position:
Join an Agile team developing software for advanced hearing instrument systems. This combined role connects business understanding with hands-on software development to ensure solutions that support hearing care professionals and deliver an excellent user experience. You will work in a multi-site cross-cultural environment contributing from requirements and design through implementation testing and documentation.

What tasks are waiting for you
- Translate business and clinical needs into new software features.
- Review and refine requirements and produce clear specifications.
- Document functionalities using requirements diagrams and use cases.
- Design implement and maintain software components in C#/.NET including WPF.
- Conduct code reviews follow development processes execute tests and report results.
- Collaborate closely with developers testers designers product owners and domain specialists.
- Participate in planning within the SCRUM process and Agile Release Train.
- Resolve critical software issues and engage in continuous improvement and team innovation.
- Act according to company values: we create trust we are team players we apply a can-do attitude we create innovative solutions.
It would be great if you have:
- Experience as a Business Analyst System Analyst or Product Owner.
- A degree in Software Engineering Computer Science Audiology or a related field.
- 1 year of software development experience.
- Solid C#/.NET skills; experience with unit and integration tests and UML.
- Understanding of the full software lifecycle and agile methodologies (SCRUM SAFe).
- Strong communication skills analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
- Additionally: experience with Blazor HTML5/CSS3/JS pair programming or audiology domain knowledge.
