Job Summary

Purpose of the position:

Join an Agile team developing software for advanced hearing instrument systems. This combined role connects business understanding with hands-on software development to ensure solutions that support hearing care professionals and deliver an excellent user experience. You will work in a multi-site cross-cultural environment contributing from requirements and design through implementation testing and documentation.

What tasks are waiting for you

Translate business and clinical needs into new software features.
Review and refine requirements and produce clear specifications.
Document functionalities using requirements diagrams and use cases.
Design implement and maintain software components in C#/.NET including WPF.
Conduct code reviews follow development processes execute tests and report results.
Collaborate closely with developers testers designers product owners and domain specialists.
Participate in planning within the SCRUM process and Agile Release Train.
Resolve critical software issues and engage in continuous improvement and team innovation.

It would be great if you have:

Experience as a Business Analyst System Analyst or Product Owner.
A degree in Software Engineering Computer Science Audiology or a related field.
1 year of software development experience.
Solid C#/.NET skills; experience with unit and integration tests and UML.
Understanding of the full software lifecycle and agile methodologies (SCRUM SAFe).
Strong communication skills analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Fluency in English.
Additionally: experience with Blazor HTML5/CSS3/JS pair programming or audiology domain knowledge.
