Industrial Solutions Financing Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

Our three-month paid full-time summer internship program is designed to give students professional experience related to their field of study. Under the mentorship of a subject matter expert students will complete a project for their assigned department.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Operations Intern to support our field operations teams while gaining hands-on real-world experience.

What Youll Do:

• Assist with equipment labeling to support operational accuracy and safety compliance
• Support project schedule tracking and status updates
• Help redline and update schematics and drawings based on field observations
• Maintain drawing logs and document tracking for version control
• Provide basic Protag support including data updates and coordination with project teams
• Support site supervision activities including progress tracking and issue documentation
• Work closely with operations engineering and project teams to complete assigned tasks
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Engineering Operations Construction Management or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic ability to read technical drawings (training will be provided)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced on-site manufacturing environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word)
• Exposure to CAD schematics or technical documentation *Preferred
• Familiarity with project tracking or document control tools *Preferred

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in Engineering or related field
• Willingness to travel out of state to customer sites
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organization and time management skills ability to work on multiple projects
