We are seeking a Strategy Manager - Channel Expansion to serve as the single point of contact and strategic partner for our SMB Door to Door Channel Expansion this role you will collaborate across various channels to drive SMB business sales and support through compelling content development strategic communications and impactful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary strategic partner for the SMB Door to Door Channel Expansion program
Collaborate with cross-functional channels to align strategies and execute initiatives that drive SMB sales and support
Develop and deliver content that supports channel partners and drives engagement
Manage communications across partnering channels to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
Analyze and action insights to identify opportunities and optimize channel performance
Build and nurture partnerships that expand our reach and impact in the SMB market
Connect the dots across teams data and initiatives to drive cohesive strategy execution
Serve as the single point of contact for your partnering Channels to support breaking down barriers and creating solutions
Qualifications
- Experience in strategy development and execution
Strong background in insights and data-driven decision making
Demonstrated expertise in content development
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders and channels
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in door-to-door channels
Knowledge of retail and dealership environments
Familiarity with the telecommunications or technology industry
Previous experience in SMB sales or channel expansion roles
