We help customers recover after water damage fire damage and mold. This is a veteran-owned operation with a high bar for trust and professionalism. Our teams are in peoples homes when theyre stressed and vulnerable so we hire for integrity reliability and work ethic. Veterans and candidates with disciplined backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a hands-on field role supporting the Truck Lead. You do not need restoration certifications to be successful here. If you are dependable physically capable and take direction well we can teach you the technical side.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with water mitigation demolition (cut-out drywall remove wet materials) cleanup and site prep
Set up and move restoration equipment (air movers dehumidifiers containment materials)
Help with pack-outs/contents handling and jobsite organization
Follow PPE and jobsite safety standards
Support job documentation as instructed (photos basic notes measurements)
Maintain a clean professional jobsite and respectful customer interactions
Qualifications
Strong work ethic reliability and willingness to learn
Comfortable with physical labor in real-world environments (heat humidity tight spaces)
Calm respectful presence in customer homes and commercial sites
Any related background is helpful (moving/pack-outs construction demolition detailing car wash warehouse general labor)
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
Willing to complete a background check upon a conditional offer
Willing and able to perform hard physical labor (lifting carrying demo work)

Pay: $18 to $24/hour (based on experience)

On-the-job training and support for industry certifications over time (role-dependent)
