Job Summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aide to provide one on one care for a client in Somerset. This full time weekday position offers consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship while helping a client remain safe comfortable and independent at home.

What You Will Do
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Support the clients daytime routine comfort and safety
Assist with mobility transfers and personal care needs
Follow an individualized care plan and observe changes in condition
Communicate professionally with BAYADAs clinical and office teams
Maintain a safe respectful and supportive care environment
What We Are Looking For
Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
Availability Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Reliable punctual and committed to consistent full time care
Compassionate patient focused approach
Experience with personal care or willingness to learn with training
