Job Summary

Primary Purpose
Responsible for implementing all program services including skills training and activities for the forensic services provided by the Psychology Department. * This is currently a grant funded position until June 30 2026.

Essential Functions
Implements all training and activities as assigned. Facilitates referrals assessments and treatment plans. Provides treatment updates to referral source. Records progress towards individual interventions. Maintains client records. Participates in interagency meetings and trainings. Supports the development and implementation of individual treatment plans for referrals. Performs other duties as assigned or requested in support of program operations. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Psychology Education or related fields. One (1) year experience working with the individuals with Special Needs.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Adults with Special Needs. Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis. Experience implementing behavioral assessments and interventions. Strong professional ethical and leadership skills. Strong oral and written communication skills when providing feedback to others. Ability to write behavioral based progress notes. Ability to clearly articulate performance roles project goals and timelines. Effectively manages deadlines and tasks for independently. Basic understanding of the theory of human behavior. Ability to develop function based treatments that will help clients achieve related goals and positive outcomes. Ability to form positive relationships with clients. Positive attitude. Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice equity and inclusion in a university setting. Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
