Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
Youll play a critical role in ensuring projects are executed in alignment with Alstoms strategies commitments and goals. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (project management planning logistics sourcing purchasing and engineering) manage Excluded Matter Damage (EMD) claims to ensure timely closure and assist with setting up project data in Power BI or other digital platforms to enable data management and trend prediction. Youll also contribute to monthly reporting safety quality cost and delivery (SQCD) monitoring and much more.
Well look to you for:
Adhering to established safety procedures at the New Castle Facility.
Managing the Excluded Matter Damage claims process.
Updating and creating PowerPoint presentations and reports as required.
Creating monthly status reports and presenting results.
Collaborating with project management planning logistics sourcing purchasing and engineering teams.
Assisting Project Management and Contract Management with drafting and managing contractual letters.
Applying problem-solving and innovation skills to address a wide variety of project management challenges.
Setting up project data in Power BI or other company digital platforms to facilitate data management and trend prediction.
Working cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement reduce costs reduce inventory and increase sales while fostering a culture of employee engagement.

Degree in business administration engineering project management or a related field.
Experience or understanding of project management principles and tools.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving and innovation skills to address project management challenges.
Proficiency in creating and managing KPIs to track project performance.
