About the Job
We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS scaleup looking for a drivenAccount Executive to accelerate our growth journey in the enterprise and mid-market space. As one of the founding members of our new Go-To-Market (GTM) team you will own the entire sales cycle - from the first outreach to the closed deal. You will be joining a 75-person scaleup with asolid client base and huge potential for rapid career progression.
Youll take ownership of amixed sales pipeline - working inbound warm leads while also developing new outbound opportunities. Collaborating closely with our CEO youll focus on key clients in the automotiveand industrial sectors. Expect afast career trajectory strategic influence anduncapped earning potential.
What you will do
- Own manage and close enterprise deals from discovery through negotiation and signature.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders in automotive and manufacturing.
- Conductdiscovery sessions identify business pain points and position our value proposition effectively.
- Leadproduct demonstrations coordinateProof of Value (PoV) programs and developROI-based business cases.
- Collaborate withSolution Engineers to ensure smooth technical alignment and handover.
- UseAI sales tools and data-driven insightsto optimize outreach forecasting and pipeline performance.
- Contribute to GTM strategy refinementhelping shape our sales playbook for enterprise growth.
Your profile
- 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a strong track record of closing deals inautomotive orindustrial enterprise environments.
- Proven success inconsultative long-cycle sales processes with complex technical or compliance components.
- Strong commercial acumen negotiation skills andC-level communication abilities.
- Hands-on professional who worksstrategically and results-oriented thriving in a fast-moving scaleup environment.
- Experience usingCRM systems (e.g.HubSpotMonday Sales CRM) and trackingsales KPIs and forecasts.
- Fluent inGerman (C1) andEnglish (C1) to engage with clients across Europe.
