Dental Director / Senior Dentist

Integrated Community Health Center Rochester MN

We are expanding and hiring a Dental Director / Senior Dentist to launch our brandnew dental program in Rochester MN. Youll partner directly with our CEO to open a 57operatory suite utilize our wellequipped mobile unit parked onsite to serve patients during buildout and guide growth across four fixed clinics and two mobile vans.

We are a 501(c)(3) Integrated Federally Qualified Health Center serving Northeastern North Dakota to Southeastern Minnesotas farmworker and underserved communities for over 50 years delivering integrated medical behavioralhealth and dental care through fixed and mobile sites.

What Youll Do

Provide fullscope general dentistry and emergency care in fixed and mobile settings.

Supervise and develop dentists hygienists & assistants; 60% clinical / 40% leadership split (Director track).

Oversee quality compliance (ADA HRSA UDS) & community outreach.

Drive growth across 4 clinics & 2 mobile vans as sites come online.

MustHaves

DDS/DMD Minnesota license (or eligibility).

DEA Certificate (or eligibility)

5 yrs clinical experience; 2 yrs leadership (for Director track); strong EMR skills.

Passion for underserved communities & health equity.

PreferredHaves

Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Experience with mobile dental units or rural outreach.

Prior work within non-profit FQHC or HRSA-funded programs.

Comfort mentoring earlycareer dentists and hygienists.

Compensation Schedule & Benefits

Compensation: $200K $245K (Dental Director) / $185K $200K (Senior Dentist) NHSC loanrepayment eligibility.

Schedule: Choose 410hour MonThu or 49hour MonThu halfday Fri; no weekends.

Clinic Hours: Up to 6:30p.m. (latest end time).
