Blank Childrens Hospital a service of UnityPoint Health - Des Moines is completelydedicated to meeting the unique health care needs of children. Blank Childrens is a 108-bed environment that embraces and encourages families to be a part of their childs healing and recovery. Everything from equipment to decor is designed specifically for children.
Responsibilities
Birth care services
- Regular checks throughout pregnancy
- Deliveries average between 40-50 deliveries per month
- 24 hour in house call
Womens care services
- Routine GYN care and reproductive counseling
- Manage and treat common health problems for adolescents during puberty and women going through menopause
- Annual well-woman exams vaccinations fertility counseling referral for mammography lab testing
- Family planning
Qualifications
- CNM
- 3 years of experience preferred
- Strong labor and delivery background
- Eligible to work in the United States
