Deputy Nursery Manager 31000
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and senior early years professional to join them as a Deputy Nursery Manager. You will be a senior presence on the floor helping to maintain high standards of care and education supporting staff development and ensuring compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements. The nursery provides a warm and welcoming environment where children engage in activities that support their development through exploration and play helping to build their confidence.
Before You Apply
- This role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
- You must have recent experience in a senior nursery role ideally as Deputy Nursery Manager

- Salary 40000 per annum
- Full-time permanent contract
- Day nursery setting
- Children aged 05 years

What Youll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above

Desirable
- Paediatric First Aid qualification

What Youll Do
- Support the Nursery Manager in running the nursery daily
- Lead and coach staff to maintain consistent practice and standards
- Monitor safeguarding health and safety and compliance requirements
- Oversee room routines staffing and resource allocation
- Build and maintain relationships with families and external stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance processes
