Job description:
- Gesamtverantwortung für Monats- Quartals- und Jahreskonzernabschlüsse nach HGB inkl. Anhang und Lagebericht
- Steuerung des gesamten Konsolidierungsprozesses inkl. Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung der Konzernrechnungslegung
- Fachliche Führung und Beratung der nationalen und internationalen Tochtergesellschaften in Bilanzierungs- und Steuerfragen
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Steuerbereich der Gruppe (Tax Compliance Betriebsprüfungen Transfer Pricing Fristenmanagement)
- Aktive Mitgestaltung von Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten (Automatisierung Systemoptimierung internationale Schulungen)
Requirements:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL Finanzen oder Steuern; idealerweise ergänzt um Steuerberaterqualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder im Tax-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Konzernabschluss nach HGB sowie fundierte Praxis im nationalen und internationalen Steuerrecht
- Hohe IT-Affinität und Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA (FI) Group Accounting sowie digitalen Finance-Prozessen
- Führungspersönlichkeit mit analytischer Stärke klarer Kommunikation und souveränem Auftreten auf Management-Level
