Primary Care Practice at 426 Michigan Ave on the Medical Mile is looking for a Family Medicine or Med/Peds Physician to join their busy practice serving patients across the generational a flexible four (4) day-work week in this dynamic outpatient setting in the heart of the Medical Mile.

Provider and team member collaboration coordination and innovation is considered key to the practices success and the workspace is built to accommodate this.

Team-based care is supplemented with social work behavioral health pharmacy care managers medical assistants working one-to-one with the physicians. Large practice population with walk-in clinic laboratory radiology on site. Practice is a few short blocks from Butterworth Hospital.

Qualifications

Required Bachelors Degree

BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine

LIC-Physician (MD) - STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or

LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

CRT-DEA Registration - STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or

CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required

CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
