As an Execution / Dealing Support Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales desk that caters to institutional and high-frequency clients in the fixed income space covering FX rates and derivatives products.
Job responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Trade Execution & Booking:Assist in the execution of vanilla trades ensuring timely and efficient processing; accurately book trades in the system ensuring all details are correctly captured and aligned with client instructions.
- Deal Reconciliation:Perform regular reconciliation of deals to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Coordination with Middle and Back Office:Work closely with the middle and back office teams to facilitate settlements and address any settlement breaks.
- Trade Documentation:Prepare manage and follow-up on trade documentation ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Confirmation Tracking:Track trade confirmations and ensure they are received and processed in a timely manner.
- Client Follow-ups:Maintain regular communication with client teams to address inquiries provide updates and ensure a high level of service.
- Client Onboarding:Assist in the onboarding process for new clients ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance checks are completed.
- Execution-Oriented Tasks:Support the sales desk with various execution-oriented tasks to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Understanding of fixed income products including FX rates and derivatives.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in relevant booking systems.
- Prior experience in handling post-processing of fixed income products is preferred.
