Description
The Graphic Designer at Ally Medical is responsible in collaboration with the larger marketing team for the design development and production of marketing & campaign collateral across all marketing verticals. We are looking for someone passionate about communicating brand messaging through visualizations that can be easily interpreted and understood by hyper-local communities.
Requirements
Duties/Responsibilities:
Creative Development & Execution
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including digital ads social media graphics email templates print collateral signage direct mail and in-clinic promotional materials.
- Develop creative assets that align with Ally Medicals brand standards while tailoring messaging to hyper-local community audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Translate marketing objectives and campaign strategies into compelling visual solutions.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistency of brand voice style and visual identity across all materials and platforms.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines templates and internal design libraries.
- Support brand refresh initiatives and new service line launches as needed.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work cross-functionally with operations clinic managers and leadership to understand local marketing needs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Coordinate with external vendors (printers media partners agencies) to ensure quality production and timely delivery.
Digital & Performance Support
- Optimize digital creative for paid media website and social platforms.
- Assist with website updates landing page graphics and digital campaign assets as needed.
- Analyze creative performance metrics and iterate designs to improve engagement and conversion.
Content & Community Focus
- Design materials that resonate with Austin Houston and DFW-area communities and reflect local culture and values.
- Support event marketing community sponsorships and grassroots outreach efforts through creative execution.
- Design for internal initiatives as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign Etc.)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both digital and print design.
- Understanding typography color theory layout and visual hierarchy.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and customer journey mapping.
- Ability to work within brand standards while bringing fresh innovative ideas.
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics (preferred).
- Familiarity with Canva Figma or other collaborative design tools (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of file preparation for print production.
Education and Experience:
- Preferred: Degree in Graphic Design Communications Marketing or relevant field.
- 3 years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-location or healthcare organizations is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced marketing department preferred.
- Demonstrated experience designing for hyper-local or community-based campaigns is highly desirable.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- All employees of Ally are responsible for complying with all privacy and security laws and internal policies and procedures. You will play an active role in protecting the companys sensitive data and ensuring that our patients information is treated with the utmost care and confidence. You are responsible for reporting any concerns or infractions that you become aware of so that the company may appropriately address them.
- You are responsible for protecting the credentials provided to you to access Company (and customer where applicable) networks systems and data.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all Ally and customer data to which you are granted access. Any suspected compromises of Ally proprietary data or customer data must be reported to Management immediately.
- You will adhere to the Companys Information Security Policy and Procedures and support standard operating procedures to protect Company systems and data.
- You will alert management immediately with any expected system or data compromises and/or system failure impacting the security confidentiality availability and integrity of Ally Medical and customer data.
- You will be required to attend an annual Information Security Awareness Training.
