Completion Bonus: $2500 per contract (up to $7500 after three contracts)

Job Description

ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in Oxnard California. This role supports a high-acuity combined Cardiac Cath Lab Interventional Radiology (IR) and Neuro unit in an acute care setting.

The Cath Lab Tech will assist with invasive cardiovascular neurovascular and interventional radiology procedures operate advanced imaging equipment support physicians during procedures and ensure patient safety and quality imaging throughout all cases. This position requires strong technical skills adaptability and experience in fast-paced procedural environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac IR and neuro interventional procedures.
• Operate fluoroscopy and angiography imaging equipment.
• Prepare procedure rooms equipment and sterile fields.
• Monitor patients during procedures and assist with emergency responses.
• Maintain imaging quality and radiation safety standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the charting system.
• Support patient positioning and procedural setup.
• Collaborate with nurses physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active California Radiology License (required at time of submittal).
• Required Certifications:
  • BLS
  • Fluoroscopy (Fluoro)
• Preferred Certification:
  • ACLS
• Experience in cath lab IR cardiac and/or neuro procedural environments.
• Strong technical communication and patient safety skills.
• Ability to function in high-acuity procedural settings.
• Must meet physical and clinical demands of the role.
