Job Summary
Oversee a crew of 2-3 people to perform precise pruning hedging and aesthetic shrub care on commercial sites.
Pruning and Horticulture:Expertly prune shrubs and hedges using hand pruners loppers and powered hedge trimmers to improve plant health and aesthetics
Team Leadership: Supervise train and direct crew members on daily tasks ensuring efficiency and high-quality work standards
Site Management: Coordinate daily routes manage job site layout and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Safety and Equipment: Maintain clean and safely operate equipment (trucks trailers blowers trimmers) and enforce safety protocols.
Administrative: Ensure crew clocks in and out appropriately for all work done within our electronic software.
Winter: Work includes snow management on commercial properties
Clean driving record required. Michigan chauffers license required to operate company vehicles.
