- This role empowers you to lead impactful medium-to-large technology projects that directly support L&Qs mission to improve lives through high-quality housing.
- Youll lead technology projects navigating technical architectures security considerations and cross-team dependencies to deliver outcomes that matter.
- L&Q is undergoing significant transformation and delivering quality resilient technology solutions is critical to helping our people provide safe secure high quality homes.
- The role reports to a Senior Technical Project Manager in our Technical Project and Portfolio Team.

Your impact in the role:
- Lead and manage key technology projects from initiation to completion.
- Translate complex technical subjects into clear actionable plans.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive successful delivery.
- Ensure risks dependencies and mitigations are proactively managed to support the organisation in meeting its strategic and departmental targets.
What youll bring:
- Strong project and stakeholder management experience with the ability to be able to hit the ground running.
- Proven history of managing technical projects utilising a hybrid/agile framework.
- Strong experience working on medium to large technology projects preferably with knowledge of security concepts that would need to be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend technical subjects and systems architecture with the ability to document/translate the basic meaning behind these subjects.
- Strong influencing negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Procurement experience preferred but not essential.
- Project Management certification preferred.
- Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio are preferred.
