A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Participate in presentations conferences and meetings to support Sales colleagues in giving doctors all the necessary information about our products while building solid relationships.
• Participate in the training and technical updating of physicians hospital personnel and all others involved in the use of Medtronic products.
• Give support in post marketing activities.
• Must also be able to build strong relationships with Sales colleagues in order to bring a common clear and complete message to the doctor.
• Provide immediate technical/specialist support whenever the doctor requests it taking care to share all the clinical data necessary to demonstrate the efficacy of the product.
• Take charge of the management of critical issues on our products by discussing as necessary with colleagues in the office.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Degree in biomedical engineering or scientific subjects.
• Device knowledge.
• Willingness to travel within the area of competence.
• Problem Solving: ability to tackle the problem from multiple points of view helping the doctor to find the best solutions to technical problems.
• Sales Force Competencies.
• Impact on communication with the doctor.
• Team oriented.
