Your Role
The People Services team is committed to supporting the SAS Group across a wide range of delivery areas. Our aim is to empower the business drive operational excellence and deliver an outstanding colleague experience.
Within People Services our team is responsible for SASs People Systems from a user perspective. We work to harmonize standardize and improve our systems across the organization. We operate on the bridge between business and ITtranslating business needs and processes into system functionality. We also ensure system and user guidance support for leaders and colleagues across SAS.
We are now looking for a specialist within SAP/SuccessFactors who will help strengthen our function as a proactive reliable partner and act as a driver in developing a modern service organization. You combine a service minded approach with a relentless drive for improvement.
Challenges you will work on
SuccessFactors Performance
Manage the performance process from a system perspective.
Create and update templates and forms.
Launch and manage performance cycles.
Provide support to leaders and colleagues.
SuccessFactors Compensation
Manage the annual compensation review process.
Create and update compensation templates.
Launch and manage compensation cycles.
Manage Reward & Recognition processes.
Provide system support to users.
SuccessFactors Learning
Provide system support and manage user cases.
Support the organization in all learning platformrelated matters.
System Administration & Support
Manage daily support cases from users.
Troubleshoot and provide user support within SuccessFactors.
Collaborate with process owners to update and develop systems based on business requirements.
Inform and advise process owners on system updates and module enhancements.
Support and administer the employee engagement survey system.
The Team
You will be part of the People Services teaman engaged supportive and forward leaning group responsible for system functionality and user support across SAS. We work closely with HR process owners leaders IT and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and a consistent colleague experience.
To be successful we believe you have
In depth knowledge and several years of hands on experience with SuccessFactors.
Experience delivering system training and supporting users.
A structured efficient and systematic way of working with strong prioritization skills.
A proactive mindset and the courage to ask why and how to improve ways of working.
The ability to translate needs into system solutions.
Fluent in Swedish or Danish and English both written and spoken.
As a person you are:
Forward leaning and solution oriented.
Service minded and collaborative across functions.
Confident in suggesting improvements while open to others perspectives.
Engaged helpful and able to keep colleagues and stakeholders well informed.
Able to build strong relationships across departments.
