What youll do:
- Print organize and distribute internal employee timecards for completion and resubmission.
- Control batch and enter internal labour timecards for payroll and labour cost.
- Support the Accounting team with turnaround and regular accounts payable duties as required.
- Other duties as required.

The Team: You will work closely with another office clerk and the accounting team and will report into the Accounting Supervisor. This team strives to cultivate a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.
The Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions in our finance unit and collaborate across the organization with teams such as refinery operations and payroll.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and:
- You have a high school diploma and a business office administration or bookkeeping course or equivalent.
- You have a minimum of 3 - 6 months of closely related experience.
This is a unionized role that resides with UNIFOR Canada Local 594 offering a wage of $37.69 $41.48 per hour. As a union member you would be subject to pay union dues as part of the collective agreement.
Note: Temporary full-time for up to 6 months. May be extended or lead to permanent.
