Job Summary

Force has been supporting the mining industry by repairing and rebuilding heavy earthmoving equipment and components since it started and today has specialist workshops in every key mining region in Australia.

We are seeking a self-motivatedTrade Assistant to join our workshop in Kalgoorlie and assist our Fabrication division.

This role may also serve as a pathway to an MEM31922 Fabrication apprenticeship

NOTE: This is a local role for residents living in Kalgoorlie only

What youll need:

C Class Australian Driving Licence (Mandatory)
Pre-apprenticeship in Cert II Fabrication (desirable)
A High-risk forklift licence (Desirable)
Working at Heights Confined Space HR Licence (Desirable)
Intermediate Rigging (advantageous)
Full Australian working rights
Exposure to a workshop environment
General workshop/yard clean up duties.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening and provide a current National Police Check.
