Caregiver Profile Requirements

As a client of Generations Home Care I am seeking a mature reliable and professional caregiver who can provide support in a structured meticulously clean environment Monday-Friday 11am-5pm.

Essential Personal Attributes

Maturity and Professionalism: Must be highly reliable punctual and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Self-Starter/Initiative: I require a caregiver who is motivated and a self-starter able to identify tasks and take initiative without constant prompting.
Resilience: Must not be easily offended and should be receptive to direct feedback and clear direction.
Patience: My speech can be slow so patience is essential.

Strict Environmental & Hygiene Standards

Cleanliness: I maintain a very clean immaculate environment and expect a caregiver who values and contributes to this level of cleanliness. I have minimal care needs. I need a non-smoker.
Hygiene Protocol:
- Shoe Removal: Caregivers must remove their shoes before entering the home.
- Hand Washing: Caregivers must wash their hands frequently as I am highly aware of germs.

Understanding Client Needs

I have very little control over most aspects of my life but control over my immediate environment is paramount. I seek a caregiver who respects this need for structure and order.

Cognitive Support: Please be aware that I am experiencing memory decline and may sometimes relive past negative experiences or become confused about facts. A calm grounding and patient response is necessary when this occurs.
