Job Summary
Dove Healthcare - Regional Vent Center 2815 County Hwy I Chippewa Falls WI 54729
- Part-Time
- Limited Term
- Virtual / Remote
- Conduct virtual evaluations re-evaluations and discharge assessments via telehealth
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of 2 PTAs
- Review and co-sign PTA documentation as required
- Ensure compliance with state practice act payer guidelines and company policies
- Communicate effectively with patients PTAs interdisciplinary team members and referring providers
- Maintain accurate timely electronic documentation
- Active unrestricted Physical Therapist license in WI
- Experience supervising PTAs
- Strong understanding of state supervision requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth platforms
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace
