The Role
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 with potential Key Stage 5 involvement depending on experience. Responsibilities include:

Preparing students effectively for GCSE assessments and examinations.
Providing timely and constructive feedback on students progress.
Contributing to curriculum development and resource creation within the department.
Supporting extracurricular activities such as school productions reading clubs or competitions.
Maintaining high standards of behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Strong subject knowledge across English Language and Literature.
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
Ability to inspire students of all abilities to reach their full potential.
