The fellow will be engaging in rounding and outreach efforts in-person training and collaborative program adaptation. The fellow will also complete service-oriented projects to bolster mental health awareness and engagement with internal psycho-social resources in underserved individuals within and outside of the Mount Sinai workforce.
The fellow will devote protected time to engaging with hospital and community stakeholders through rounding and outreach efforts research in-person training clinical work and collaborative program adaptation. The fellow will complete service-oriented projects to bolster mental health awareness and engagement with internal psycho-social resources in underserved individuals within and outside of the Mount Sinai workforce.
The fellow will receive weekly supervision and mentoring from the training director. The fellow will also participate in weekly group supervisions and monthly didactics.
