Amplifon Iberica S.A.U acquired GAES in 2019 with over 700 shops spread throughout the country. The main office is in Barcelona and operates with 2000 dedicated professionals that empower people to discover all the emotions of sound.

We are currently looking for a Sales Performance Specialist to analyze performance data track key KPIs and help improve sales results across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Sales organization ensuring excellence in KPI monitoring and commercial performance tracking.
  • Drive performance by translating market insights and KPI analysis into actionable initiatives that maximize sell-out productivity and revenue growth.
  • Design implement and maintain commercial reporting tools and dashboards to provide clear user-friendly insights to the sales network.
  • Monitor and analyze key business KPIs identifying risks and improvement opportunities and proposing timely corrective actions.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer segments and business trends to define targeted commercial actions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support Go-To-Market initiatives through structured analysis data modeling and performance follow-up.

Profile & Qualifications

  • University degree in a quantitative field (Economics Engineering Statistics or similar).
  • Proven experience managing complex data structures with a strong analytical mindset and strong attention to business impact.
  • Experience in project management and performance analysis within Sales and/or Marketing functions ideally in international environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of Power BI; SQL knowledge is considered a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
