Job Summary
Lobby Attendant
We are seeking a friendly and detail-orientedLobby Attendant to help maintain a clean welcoming and polished environment for all this role youll be responsible for cleaning and organizing public areas responding to guest needs and ensuring the lobby and surrounding spaces consistently reflect our high standards. Ideal candidates are dependable take pride in their work and enjoy creating positive first impressions.
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 9am -3pm
Key Responsibilities
- You will be the first impression of our hotel ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable in our beautifully maintained lobby.
- Your daily tasks will include greeting guests keeping the lobby clean and organized and providing assistance as needed.
- You will report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Rooms.
- A career as a lobby attendant can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry such as front desk agent concierge or even a management position in hotel operations.
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
- A combination of education and experience
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
- A warm professional demeanor that reflects HVMGs Culture of Excellenceby showing a warm smile friendly personality and positive attitude.
