Raytheon Company is looking for an experienced Material Program Manager to join the Advanced Technology (AT) Team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and successfully interface with functional and program this highly visible role youll be the liaison between Supply Chain and Program teams.

The Material Program Manager will create and execute material program strategies and plans to ensure flawless execution from the front end of the business through contract closure. This position supports a product development effort that requires the ability to operate in a challenging and constantly changing this role you will be taking a proactive stance in making informed SCM recommendations to Program Management on risk mitigation methods of procurement material strategies and supplier management.

This is a hybrid position based in Tewksbury MA.

What You Will Do:

Developing and executing Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
Planning and executing sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process.
Identifying Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtaining any required Terms Attachments (Flow Down Attachment) and/or Modifications (TCMs).
Assisting with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs).
Generating Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs) and obtaining and understanding supplier proposals/quotes.
Generating and processing Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests.
Driving Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management.
Participating in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Experience with Supply Chain Production Control and/or Procurement processes and requirements.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Masters Degree in Business Administration Finance Supply Chain Management or related.
Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SSOWs).
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Power Point).
Ability to support complex product development efforts.
Excellent reporting/communication skills.
Experience in a matrixed organizational structure.

The salary range for this role is 107500 USD - 204500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
