Job Summary
About the Role
I am looking for a skilled System Security Specialist to join a dynamic IT team managing complex infrastructure environments.
In this role you will ensure secure reliable and efficient operations of servers databases and virtualization platforms with a strong focus on information security.
Tasks
- Serve as the main link between Cyber Security and IT infrastructure teams
- Identify assess and mitigate cyber security risks
- Develop and maintain security guidelines policies and technical concepts
- Act as a technical point of contact for information security within platform operations
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of protective measures across IT systems
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure roles with a focus on cyber security
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft and Linux environments databases and virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware Kubernetes Citrix)
- Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks and standards and risk management
- Familiarity with offensive security practices e.g. security audits pen testing
- Fluent in German and English
