Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 410 Days (rotating; 28 212 within 06:3023:00)
Pay: $2988/week
Completion Bonus: $2500 per contract (up to $7500 after three contracts)
Job Description
ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Columbus Ohio. This role supports a high-acuity Cardiovascular Operating Room at a Level I Trauma facility assisting with complex cardiac vascular and transplant procedures. Flexibility with rotating shifts call and weekend coverage is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care for cardiovascular thoracic vascular and transplant procedures
- Scrub and/or circulate for CVOR cases including CABG valve repairs/replacements AAA EVAR/TEVAR TAVR and related procedures
- Assist with pre-op intra-op and post-op patient care and monitoring
- Maintain sterile technique and adhere to OR safety protocols
- Collaborate with surgeons anesthesiology perfusionists and the interdisciplinary team
- Accurately document care using EPIC
- Participate in shared call rotation and weekend coverage as scheduled
Qualifications
- Active RN license (Ohio or compact) in hand at time of submission
- Minimum 3 years overall OR experience
- Minimum 2 years cardiac and vascular experience
- At least 1 year CVOR experience
- Level I Trauma experience required
- Certifications: BLS (ACLS/NIHSS preferred per unit)
- EPIC charting experience required
- Strong skills in CVOR General OR Hybrid OR and complex cardiovascular procedures
- Ability to be flexible with rotating shifts and call requirements
