Position Summary
The Update Processor plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our digital title plant by entering and updating county courthouse records. This position requires strong computer proficiency exceptional attention to detail and a consistent reliable work ethic. The ideal candidate is highly organized focused and committed to producing precise work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enter county courthouse data into the digital title plant with a high level of accuracy
Review public records filings and legal documents for completeness and correctness
Index update and maintain property and title information according to company standards
Verify data integrity and identify discrepancies or missing information
Maintain productivity goals while ensuring quality control standards are met
Follow established procedures for document handling naming conventions and indexing
Communicate with supervisors regarding issues questions or irregular records
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry
Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused on repetitive detail-driven tasks
Advanced computer proficiency including navigating multiple systems and databases
Ability to learn new software platforms and digital title plant systems quickly
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Dependable self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Experience
Experience working with county courthouse records title plants or public record databases
Background in title insurance oil & gas land services real estate or legal document processing
Prior data entry or indexing experience in a high-volume environment
