Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

We are looking for anSAP Managerwith deep expertise inSAP CO and PSto lead SAP controlling and project system initiatives. The role combinesfunctional leadershipproject management andclient-facing responsibilities ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions aligned with business strategy.

The opportunity

This role offers the chance to lead key SAP CO and PS initiatives within complex transformation programs including S/4HANA Finance. You will work directly with global clients helping shape their finance and projectdriven processes and contributing to EYs purpose of building a better working world through modern scalable and futureproof SAP solutions.

Your key responsibilities

In this role you will lead SAP CO/PS workstreams guide solution design and manage project delivery from architecture to deployment. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders ensure quality across deliverables and mentor consultants within the team. This position provides exposure to large-scale multinational transformation programs and opportunities to grow your leadership capabilities.

Skills and attributes for success

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP CO and PS
• Strong clientfacing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead teams drive decisionmaking and solve complex problems

To qualify for the role you must have

• Multiple end-to-end SAP CO and PS implementations including S/4HANA
• Experience managing global or multi-country SAP programs
• Strong finance and projectdriven business process background
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Ideally youll also have

• SAP CO/PS or S/4HANA Finance certifications
• Exposure to Analytics Group Reporting or Central Finance
• German language skills
