Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET Backend Tech Lead to design develop and lead scalable backend solutions for enterprise banking applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership hands-on coding expertise and experience building cloud-native microservices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development of .NET Core / C# backend applications
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Drive system architecture performance optimization and scalability
Collaborate with product QA and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
Implement CI/CD pipelines containerization and cloud deployment
Mentor developers and provide technical guidance
Ensure security compliance and best coding practices in banking systems

Required Skills

Strong expertise in C# .NET Core Web API
Hands-on with Microservices SQL Server and NoSQL databases
Experience in Azure or AWS cloud environments
Knowledge of Docker Kubernetes CI/CD tools
Solid understanding of system design and architecture patterns
Prior experience in banking or financial services applications
Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with event-driven architecture or messaging systems
Exposure to secure coding and regulatory compliance
Previous onsite client interaction experience
