You will lead a high-impact engineering squad focused on building sophisticated forecasting and decision-support tools. This hands-on leadership role involves balancing technical architecture with people management to deliver intelligent features that help operators optimize complex daily operations. Youll work across a modern stack to drive predictive excellence and operational automation at scale.

Location: Remote (UK)

What you will do:

• Design and evolve scalable systems using technologies like Python React and AWS to support high volumes of data and traffic.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in hands-on technical leadership with the ability to work across the full stack and mentor junior engineers.

• Strong product instincts and a track record of delivering commercial outcomes within cross-functional agile product squads.

• Deep understanding of systems thinking and the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs between rapid delivery and long-term maintainability.
