Job Summary

Technical Operations Engineer

Must Have Technical Skills:

Hands on experience with at least one scripting language: Perl / Shell / Python.
Strong understanding and practical use of SQL databases.
Unix/Linux operating systems.

Good to Have Technical Skills:

Python scripting for automation and operational task execution.
Knowledge of open source databases: MongoDB MariaDB PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Linux variants such as RHEL CentOS Ubuntu.

Tools & Platforms

Understanding of RabbitMQ Swagger Kibana.
Familiarity with Prometheus Grafana Docker Kubernetes Keycloak.
Remedy / Helix ticketing tool.

BAU Operational Responsibilities

Issue detection diagnosis and resolution.
Develop & perform routine checks and perform preventative maintenance on services.

Added Advantage

Knowledge of Billing CRM and Provisioning systems.
